Job Description
The Product Marketing Associate, will be responsible for creating and maintaining go-to-market materials and custom, data-driven assets that enable Sales and Customer Success teams. This cross-functional role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Insights teams to develop compelling narratives and visualizations that demonstrate market opportunity, product differentiation, and client impact.


Key Responsibilities

· Create and update product marketing collateral, including product packaging, use cases, case studies, testimonials, battlecards, and pitch decks, among others.

· Develop custom reports and data visualizations to support strategic conversations with clients and prospects.

· Work with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver insights and materials that drive results.

· Translate complex datasets and product capabilities into clear, engaging stories for both internal and external audiences.

· Communicate the unique value of Guideline's products in the context of market trends and client objectives.

Requirements


· 4+ years of experience in product marketing and market intelligence.

· Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Amazon QuickSight).

· Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

· Experience with advertising or media data ecosystems.

· Proven ability to manage multiple projects across teams in a fast-paced environment.

· Fluent in English, both written and spoken.


Preferred Qualifications

· Familiarity with AI-powered tools that enhance marketing workflows.

· Experience crafting marketing or insights deliverables for B2B technology or SaaS products.
