What you'll do

  • Oversee on-site operations of two Mobile Home / RV Communities, sustaining or increasing occupancy rates
  • Build positive relationships with residents, vendors, and team members
  • Assist in the marketing, showing, and upkeep of spaces for rent within the park.
  • Meet with prospective residents and complete rental process
  • Collect rent, ensuring timely revenue collections and sustain collection rates of 97%.
  • Enforce rules & regulations of community
  • Communicate verbally and through the use of written notices with residents.
  • Complete assigned tasks consistent with Fair Housing regulations
  • Landscaping, such as mowing lawn, removing weeds and brush, and other yard work including leaf and debris removal.
  • Clean laundry rooms and common areas such as bathrooms and clubhouses
  • Completing work orders and rental turns, such as changing air filters, replacing windows, and painting
  • Regular site walks, picking up trash and debris
  • Maintain tools and maintenance equipment and keep maintenance room in neat condition.
  • Touch-up painting and repainting buildings or rooms as required.
  • Open clogged drains, fixes leaks, and performs other simple plumbing jobs.
  • Change light bulbs may replace fixtures and does similar minor electrical tasks.
  • Perform simple carpentry tasks, such as installing doors, repairing steps, fences and rails.
  • Assist with loading or unloading trucks and moving furniture when needed.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ years of maintenance experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Ability to respond to after hour emergencies
  • Ability to lift, push, pull 50 pounds
  • Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
