Full-time
Description

This is a unique job opportunity for a product manager, in the New Product Innovation and Introduction function, who gets to truly build a new product from 0 - 1. This role sits at the intersection of incubation, innovation, and go-to-market execution, responsible for identifying, validating, and scaling new SaaS products that expand our portfolio. Your work will start by building & refining the product hypothesis in the DevSecOps domain that leverages the unique position of CloudBees. You’ll do market research, conduct interviews with our customers, prospects, and practitioners in our space. Your work will then gradually shift to that of the product building mode, working closely with a newly forming engineering team, leading the product to the first $1M. You will work across a cross-functional team spanning product management, engineering, design, and GTM functions, ensuring that new offerings move efficiently from ideation to market launch.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in both startup-like incubation environments and enterprise-grade product scaling, thrives in ambiguity, and knows how to navigate both early-stage iteration and structured commercialization.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and incubate new SaaS product opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer pain points, and emerging technologies.
  • Build & refine the product hypothesis in the DevSecOps space with the leadership team.
  • Conduct interviews with our customers, prospects, and target audience in our space.
  • Create business cases and secure internal buy-in from product leaders' new initiatives, balancing innovation with commercial viability.
  • Work with a small nimble engineering team to build prototypes to validate traction
