Description


PRIMARY PURPOSE AND FUNCTION

Responsible for working directly with the Marketing Director to coordinate the facilitation, set up and completion of all Asher’s Chocolate Events. Assist with growing the Corporate Sales Program and direction of the operation. Conduct Asher’s Donations Program. 


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Marketing Director in delivering effective programs that assist in achieving company objectives.
  • Organize, coordinate, and oversee all Asher’s Chocolates events from conception to completion.
  • Responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of Trade Shows
  • Responsible for organizing staffing of events and trade shows with other department managers to ensure adequate associate coverage for events, including staffing for our company mascot.
  • Administer Corporate Gifting program and ordering processing.
  • Administer donation requests program
  • Assist in the design of creative graphics to be applied on signage, and promotional materials.
  • Responsible for the email and text marketing campaigns within the organization, and external consumer communication on major channels (Google, Facebook, etc.)
  • Ability to represent the Asher’s Chocolates brand in a professional manner through every contact with colleagues, suppliers, vendors, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Perform specific tasks as requested by Asher’s Management.





Requirements

Qualifications:

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Works.

Preferred Adobe Suite experience.

Knowledge of Canva and Constant Contact preferred.


Education: 

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.


Experience:

5 Years experience in Marketing or related field preferred, but a combination of education and experience will be considered.


Travel Requirements:

Events and Trade Shows- 

A minimum attendance of 3 trade shows and 2 out-of-town marketing events are required.
