Job Types: .8 FTE (32 Hours per week) to Full-time
Physical Setting: Patient's homes
Work Location: Within and surrounding areas of Delafield, Wisconsin
Salary: $35.00 - $43.00 per hour
- RN in State of Wisconsin is required
- 1 Year of Home Health experience is preferred
- Associate's degree minimum is required
