The Fleet Safety Coordinator will primarily manage fleet support functions, while also assisting with fleet safety compliance tracking, licensing, and reporting as needed. This role is essential in managing all data entry and compliance requirements for our commercial and light-duty fleet.
Responsibilities
Accurately enter and maintain fleet data.
Handle all vehicle titling, registrations, and permitting processes.
Maintain vehicle and DOT compliance files.
Maintain and manage spreadsheets and reports.
Track fleet asset acquisitions, disposals, and ensure accuracy in fleet lists.
Address and resolve transportation-related issues to maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
Facilitates solutions to driver questions and problems, serves as the primary channel of communication for drivers.
Must be organized with attention to detail.
Must have a valid drivers license
High school diploma or GED
Experience with vehicle cameras (preferred)
DOT compliance experience
Must have experience with Excel and Word
Must be able to work 7 - 4 Mon - Fri
