Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced cocktail server with a proven background in high-end hospitality to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, upscale environment, delivering top-tier service to discerning guests while maintaining poise and professionalism during live music events. This role requires extensive knowledge of craft cocktails, wine, and spirits, as well as the ability to anticipate guest needs and enhance their experience.

This position is a seasonal role for June to September

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides exceptional, personalized service to guests in a high-energy live music setting. 
• Expertly present, recommend, and serve a diverse menu of premium cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits with confidence and flair. 
• Maintains a deep understanding of the venue’s beverage offerings, including seasonal specials and pairings, to upsell and enhance guest satisfaction. 
• Efficiently manages multiple tables and orders while ensuring timely delivery during peak performance hours. 
• Collaborates with bartenders, management, and support staff to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive guest experience. 
• Upholds the venue’s high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and professionalism at all times. 
• Handles guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with grace and efficiency. 
• Processes payments accurately and adhere to all cash-handling procedures. 

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of serving experience in a high-end restaurant, lounge, or upscale nightlife venue. 
• Extensive knowledge of craft cocktails, mixology trends, and premium spirits. 
• Proven ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a polished, approachable demeanor. 
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail. 
• Comfortable working late nights, weekends, and holidays as dictated by live event schedules. 
• Must be 21+ and hold any required alcohol service certifications (e.g., TIPS, state-specific permits). 
• Previous experience in a live music or entertainment venue is a plus. 

Physical Requirements: 

• Ability to stand and move quickly for extended periods. 
• Capability to carry trays of drinks (up to 25 lbs) through crowded spaces. 
• Comfort navigating stairs, stages, or multi-level venues as needed.
