Job Description

Brownstein Group is looking for a New Business/Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting all new business and agency marketing activities as well as managing the agency research tools. They will assist with executing NBIZ plans, working with internal agency leaders to help drive agency growth. In this role, you will: work to help merchandise agency capabilities, develop case studies to attract new clients, and build repeatable processes that lead to agency growth. This individual will need to be comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment, and willing to go the extra mile.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains current up-to-date agency marketing assets (in multiple formats) and actively prepares custom case studies and presentations for prospective clients. 
  • Manages lead nurturing programs.
  • Maintains and grows prospect relationship database via research and agency tools. 
  • Actively manages all agency research and new business tools – serving as main point of contact for vendors, and one of the primary/power users for all tools (training will be provided, but the ability to self-teach will go a long way). 
  • Identifies opportunities for prospective clients that support their business, brand and their marketing goals 
  • Develops client briefing materials to get extended team up-to-speed quickly on prospective clients. 
  • Coordinates across senior leadership schedules, to keep extended team involved and up-to-speed on all ongoing pitches. 
  • Independently leads NBIZ work streams 
  • Conducts briefings for internal team outlining specifics of project, business objectives, client strategy, requirements, budget, schedule,  job number 
  • Oversees program execution to ensure team has the proper level of support to deliver on time and on budget
  • Coordinate, develop, and execute various agency marketing initiatives with support of internal teams including but not limited to: Social Media, Emails, Events.   
  • Write and manage agency award submissions

Requirements

  Qualifications:

  • BS/BA Advertising/Communications/ Marketing or equivalent professional experience
  • 4-6 years of integrated marketing program development and execution experience
  • HubSpot Database Experience preferred
  • Agency experience strongly preferred 
  • Strong knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and growing client accounts
  • Marketing strategy development experience 
  • Strong presentation and communications skills 
  • Organized—able to sort, file and retrieve information logically and easily
  • Multi-task oriented—able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines under stress
  • Detail-oriented—attentive and accurate
