As we accelerate our growth and adapt to a fast-changing digital landscape, we’re seeking a visionary, hands-on VP of Marketing to lead our transformation and build the future of marketing at RFgen. 


The Opportunity 

We are in the middle of a major website overhaul, content engine rebuild, and messaging realignment based on OSIR (Outcome, Situation, Impact, Resolution) — and we need a marketing leader who can take full ownership of this next chapter. 


Your primary objective: 

Reignite and scale our inbound funnel to consistently deliver high-quality, high-intent leads in a world where AI-driven search behavior is rapidly evolving. 


What You’ll Own -

Marketing Strategy & Execution 

  • Design and drive a full-funnel marketing strategy focused on inbound growth, content leadership, and SEO best practices 
  • Ensure alignment with AI-powered search trends, including zero-click searches and AI summaries 

Content & Brand Leadership 

  • Lead the transition to an outcome-driven messaging approach (OSIR model) 
  • Oversee the creation of thought leadership content across diverse formats (written, video, visual, AI-friendly) 
  • Evolve our brand voice and messaging to increase awareness and credibility across channels 

Team & Budget Oversight 

  • Manage a small, in-house team of marketers plus dedicated vendors 
  • Direct our annual marketing budget, with strategic allocation across content, SEO, events, and digital campaigns 
  • Evaluate and restructure the team as needed to meet performance goals 

Sales & Customer Alignment 

  • Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure marketing is generating pipeline and supporting deals with up-to-date, high-impact materials 
  • Partner with Customer Success and Product Engineering to provide communications and collateral that reinforce customer and partner engagement

  • A measurable and sustainable increase in high-quality inbound MQLs and SQLs 
  • Improved marketing-sourced revenue contribution 
  • A modernized content engine and brand presence that aligns with user behavior shifts and AI-driven search

Requirements

 What We’re Looking For 

  • 8–15+ years in B2B marketing leadership, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software 
  • Proven track record scaling inbound lead generation and optimizing content strategy 
  • Deep understanding of modern SEO, AI search trends, and content marketing best practices 
  • Experience managing small, nimble teams and vendor relationships 
  • Strong collaborator across Sales, Product, and Customer Success 
  • Confident, data-driven decision-maker who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves
