What You’ll Do – A Day in the Life

As a Lube Technician, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our guests safe and their vehicles performing at their best. You’ll be hands-on with every vehicle and part of a team that values precision, professionalism, and care. Your day might look like:

· Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance services

· Conduct multipoint inspections and communicate findings to advisors

· Conduct video inspections of the guest’s vehicle, creating transparency. 

· Top off fluids, inspect filters, batteries, wiper blades, and lights

· Maintain clean workspaces and properly document services performed

· Help with shop cleanup, vehicle parking, and team support as needed

· Receive on-the-job coaching from certified technicians and shop leaders

· Build skills and confidence as you prepare for more advanced roles
