Some Responsibilities of a Porter Include:
- Ensure grounds, common areas, laundry rooms and offices are kept clean at all times.
- Keep all areas clean and free of trash.
- Clean all vacant units.
- Water the grounds and flower beds.
- Replace light bulbs and perform minor maintenance as needed.
- Complete minor painting as needed.
- Be able to physically move furniture and equipment as needed.

This position is part-time 30 hours per week.
Monday - Friday, starting the day between 8 AM and 9 AM.
General custodial duties and the use of cleaning solutions.
Safe practices of cleaning and maintenance duties. Use safety precautions and equipment as needed.
The ability to safely operate and maintain required tools and custodial equipment common to the building maintenance
Valid Driver’ License
