What Will You Be Doing?
As a Night Foreman at Spectro Alloys, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our plant’s operations run smoothly during the night shift. You'll lead a dedicated team of industrial maintenance technicians and work closely with production to meet our goals. Your leadership will directly impact the safety, efficiency, and performance of the plant, while your contributions will be rewarded through performance-based incentives.
- Leadership: Oversee and coordinate the night shift maintenance team to ensure timely repairs and maintenance of equipment.
- Technical Expertise: Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems, including motors, conveyors, and production systems.
- Quality Control: Perform routine inspections of machines and equipment to ensure safety and optimal functionality.
- Collaboration: Work closely with both the Maintenance and Production teams to address issues and improve processes.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Ensure that the team is following safety protocols, conducting safety checks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Leadership experience: Previous foreman or team leader experience is preferred.
- Mechanical experience: 1+ years in industrial maintenance or a similar field.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team while ensuring productivity and safety.
- A reliable, proactive attitude with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in varied temperatures (heat and cold) and handling the physical demands of the role.
- Bonus Skills: Welding, fabrication, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical knowledge.
