We are searching for a detailed oriented, creative and results-driven professional to join our team as a Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in marketing, be self-motivated and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This individual will be responsible for the development of client and prospect presentations, marketing collateral, and other marketing materials (including webinars, proposals, participant education presentations, etc.). This role also assists with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as events, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.

You'll Get a Chance To
- Assist in the development of prospect- and client-facing communications through writing, designing, and formatting materials aligning with Aldrich Wealth’s brand voice
- Assist in the development and formatting of marketing assets (flat sheets, videos, event invitations, PPTs, decks, etc)
- Contribute to the firm’s digital content calendar with direction from the Marketing Manager.
- Assist in developing the firm’s social media strategy leveraging analytics and engagement in content curation recommendations
- Participate in the execution of digital marketing initiatives including social media, email newsletters, webinars, and website content
- Serve as project coordinator for marketing, events, and client deliverables.
- Continually improve PPT templates, the pitch deck creation process and ensure assets are strategic, customized, and up to date.
- Approach others in a tactful manner, react well under pressure, and adapt to changes in the work environment
What You Bring to the Team
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, journalism, or public relations
- 2-4 years of marketing experience or similar role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of CRM & Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience with WordPress & Hubspot preferred

What You Should Know
This is a full-time position. Our standard office hours are Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM. This is a hybrid position where you must be in the office at least 3 days per week. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
