Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front office. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional customer service, manage staff, and maintain a welcoming environment for guests. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.

As the face of our property, you'll lead a vibrant front desk operation that creates memorable guest experiences from arrival to departure. As our Front Office Manager, you'll guide a team of high-energy associates in delivering exceptional service. You will be the cornerstone of our operation, ensuring smooth daily functions and promoting a culture of excellence that upholds Marriott's legendary service standards. 


Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise front office staff and ensure high standards of customer service are maintained

- Manage daily operations, including check-in/check-out processes and guest inquiries

- Develop and implement front office procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction

- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

- Monitor and manage front office budgets and expenses

- Train and mentor front office staff to promote professional development

- Maintain accurate records and reports related to front office operations


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a front office management role or similar position

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Proficient in using front office software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service


Previous Full-service Marriott hotel and FSPMS experience is preferred.
