The Chief Financial Officer will develop, plan, coordinate, organize, manage and direct the overall activity of the Bank’s financial functions. This individual will be fully responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of all core Finance, Treasury, and Accounting operations. In keeping with the goals and objectives established in the Bank’s Strategic Plan, the CFO will plan, manage, and implement financial strategies and processes that will optimize the institution’s risk position, earnings performance, liquidity, interest rate risk and capital. 

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or 10 years of related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Work related experience should consist of an in-depth background in accounting, management and supervisory skills. Educational experience, through in-house training sessions, formal school or financial industry related curriculum, should be applicable to the financial industry.
