Job Summary:
As E4E Relief’s business development associate, you will collaborate with various departments (primarily the sales and marketing teams) to conduct market research and execute sales strategies to drive new client revenue growth through new lead generation, supporting major account sales, and working to create efficiencies through CRM automation.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
- Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.
- Identifying and cultivating new contacts at prospective companies
- Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
- Working closely with staff across departments to implement digital growth strategies.
- Assist with drafting sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
- Represent E4E Relief at conferences, trade shows, and other local and national events to further our brand recognition and market position.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Identify new business opportunities and partners.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Hubspot/SalesHub and relevant software.
- Familiar with CRM tools including SalesHub, Salesforce preferred
Education and Experience:
- 1 - 2 years' relevant work experience in business development or similar field required.
- Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.
- Ability to set-up and tear down, load boxes for displays at conferences.
Work Environment:
- Office environment
- Hybrid schedule- Monday and Fridays are remote, we are in the office Tuesday- Thursday.
Travel Required:
- Up to 30% may be required. Our travel season is heavier during the spring and fall.
