We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate - Product Inspector to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that all products meet quality standards before shipping. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct visual inspections to check for defects, damage, or inconsistencies in products
   
• Verify product quantities to ensure the correct number of items are packed per order
   
• Inspect labels and packaging to confirm they match order specifications
   
• Perform basic functionality tests on applicable products to ensure proper operation
   
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards for product quality and safety
   
• Maintain accurate inspection records and document any issues or discrepancies
   
• Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure timely resolution of product quality concerns
   
• Approve products for final shipment or flag items for further review

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, quality control, or inspection experience preferred but not required
   
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or irregularities
   
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and product handling
   
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods
   
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
   
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
