Under general supervision, following established policies and procedures, responsible for all areas of servicing of the Banks’s loan portfolio and sold/serviced mortgages, known as Freddie Mac. Maintain and balance all accounts associated with loans. Assist with ongoing servicing of Consumer and Commercial loans to maturity. Responsible for Quality Control of loans data input to the Banks software and 3rd party vendor programs. Responsible for all aspects of escrow accounts for real estate taxes & insurance.

• Must have excellent communication and telephone skills.
• Input new loans and perform loan maintenance within Bank software.
• Generate, review & mail out loan related notices & payoff letters.
• Prepare and file Mortgages and Discharge of Mortgages with counties.
• Prepare reports for the Board of Directors.
• Track HO and Flood insurance for commercial and residential mortgages through Lee and Mason.
• Perform a variety of duties associated with the sold mortgage program (Freddie Mac), maintaining daily loan level log balancing of all general ledger accounts associated with the portfolio.
• Perform duties associated with the commercial participation purchase and sold mortgages and balancing of all general ledger accounts associated with the portfolio.
• Maintain and report HMDA (Home Mortgage Disclosure Act) data.
• Perform duties associated with escrowed mortgages, including escrow analysis, disbursements and payment adjustments.
• Handle general credit customer service via phone, email, and mail.
• This job operates in an office setting. The role routinely uses standard office equipment. Travel may be required.
