We are seeking an Training Team Lead to join our team at our location in Hodgkins, IL.
The expected hours for this position will be 530am – 2pm Monday through Friday. Overtime is available during peak season. We provide on the job training.
Reporting to department Manager and Supervisor, the Trainer will be responsible for maintaining an accurate training, development and coaching. The Associate is responsible for Design, Develop, Rollout and Evaluate training as per the needs of the business.

Your Role:
• Manage and action on the Training Ticketing System to deploy timely and fit for purpose training
• Design, Develop, Rollout and Evaluate training as per the needs of the business
• Work with leadership to identify areas that require training as a way of improvement and deliver plans to improve their departments
• Proactively engaging all team members is a positive fashion to build stickiness to training, to mitigate against turnover numbers.
• Primary responsibility, long term, is to train trainers to scale effective training. However, this role requires the ability to also provide direct training to role executors, as needed, especially in the initial stages of the role.
o Execute training for different levels (associates, leads, supervisors and managers), on different modalities (in person, classroom, webinar, eLearning, demo)
o Deliver training on process maps and SOPs for different tools used in Operations
• May be required to work a flexible schedule from time to time, to ensure proper application of standards of processes.
Skills
• Experience 1-2 years in training and/or coaching, understanding the theoretical and practical application of good training methodologies
• Comfortable leading a classroom environment and presenting on webinar trainings.
• A lifelong learner, inquisitive and curious.
• Comfortable in Office applications, outlook, calendar, Teams, Word and PowerPoint.
• Able to create inventive ways to embed processes and knowledge to cross functional teams
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
