We are seeking motivated and service oriented Customer Service Representative's to join our growing team. As a CSR, you will play a crucial role in supporting insurance agents, processing payments, and learning the insurance industry to become an insurance agent.  As an agent, you will build and maintain client relationships, assess client needs, and review client policies to assure they have the best coverage.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Review and update client policies as needed.
  • Maintain accurate client records using the client management system.
  • Assist clients with claims, endorsements and payment of premiums.

Requirements:

  • Maine Property & Casualty License preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in computer applications (CMS software, Microsoft Office Suite).
