Cashier / Customer Service Rep
Description

This position has dual responsibilities with the focus on actively paying customers and assisting the company’s operations team.

High Level Roles and Responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Accurately pay customers
  • Answer the phones – set the tone for who we are (sells via the phone)
  • Understand materials enough to be able answer most questions customers have
  • Maintain cleaning the office
  • Scheduling and calendar management for company executive
  • Track daily, monthly, and quarterly volume
  • Effectively manage the Cash Card system and process
  • Track supplies employees are using
  • Experience putting systems and processes in place
  • Running and managing how customer and business reports using the internal point of sale data base/system
  • Working side by side with the Operations Director to set up dispatch/container services
  • Prep for team meetings and safety meetings (agenda, power point presentation)

Experience:

· Experience in a customer service role

· Experience answering phones and providing details to potential customers
