About This Role
In the role of Compliance Analyst, you will work closely with the other arms of our Compliance Team: Fee Schedules and State Reporting. Your role will focus on tracking and facilitating CompIQ’s adherence to state and industry rules, regulations, and fee schedules. Research and communication are key features of this role. The Compliance Analyst will play an important part in ensuring that CompIQ meets service level agreements and effective dates.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Create checks and balances in tracking Compliance updates and timeliness of deployments.
- Track fee schedules, data, state legislation inclusive of Administrative Code, State Reporting, ebilling, other related bill review legislation/industry trends.
- Research and contact the various states with any questions on gray or silent items in fee schedule, rules, or regs.
- Triage/create all non-fee schedule client Business rule/Pend rule requests.
- Perform QA of fee schedule rules created by the Fee Schedule Analysts.
- Track and create Fee Schedule and Compliance status reports that are both internal and client facing.
- Create 411 content and posting.
- Triage, research, and respond to ZenDesk tickets routing those they are not able to answer to the appropriate Analyst.
- Perform post deployment testing.
- Create documentation
- Collaborate with other teams such as Services, Development, and Account Management
Qualifications
- 5 plus years of Workers’ Compensation Bill Review Audit/Technical experience or Compliance research and tracking experience.
- Able to interpret Workers' Compensation fee schedule rules, state regulations and labor codes.
- Self-starter, self-motivated, able to work independently without directive from supervisor/management.
- Knowledge of state and Medicare fee schedules
- Experience with Bill Review
- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Excellent research and interpretation skills
Hours of Operation
Although CompIQ operates both Philippines day and night shifts, this role will predominately work local day shift hours with flexibility and requirement to ensure visibility with teams on alternative shifts as well as to join calls originating in US hours.
