Job Overview:
The Regional Administrative Manager is responsible for overseeing the
administrative, operational, and strategic functions of multiple facilities or locations
within a defined region. This leadership role ensures alignment with organizational

Key Responsibilities:
Team Management & Leadership
• Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for facilities or teams across the
assigned region
• Recruit, train, and mentor office managers, fostering a culture of accountability and
professional growth.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and site leaders to align billing practices with
organizational goals.
Performance Management
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of teams and facilities under the region.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and service
quality.
• Utilize performance metrics and data analytics to identify trends, address challenges,
and drive continuous improvement.
Budget and Financial Oversight
• Develop and manage regional budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations while
meeting quality standards.
• Oversee resource allocation and financial reporting for the region.
• Identify opportunities to optimize expenses without compromising service quality.
Team Development
• Recruit, train, and mentor managers and staff within the region.
• Foster professional growth through development plans, performance reviews, and
training programs.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and inclusivity.
Payroll, Timekeeping, and Staffing
• Handle payroll cycles (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) in compliance with
organizational policies and legal requirements working closely with the Office Managers.
• Collaborate with HR and finance departments to handle employee status changes
(e.g., new hires, terminations, promotions, pay rate adjustments).
• Ensure secure and confidential handling of sensitive payroll data.
• Maintain payroll systems and tools, ensuring they operate efficiently, closely
monitoring and tracking of overtime and proper timekeeping of all payroll records.
• Train staff on using payroll software or updates to systems.
Compliance and Risk Management
• Ensure all facilities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Monitor and mitigate risks, maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff and
clients.
• Coordinate audits and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Strategic Planning
• Collaborate with leadership to set long-term goals and regional priorities.
• Identify market trends, business opportunities, and areas for growth within the region.
• Drive regional initiatives that align with organizational vision and strategy
Qualifications:
Education:
• At least a bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration
• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in a multi-site administrative or
operational role.
• Proven experience managing teams, budgets, and complex operations
