About the Role:
As Branch Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives that drive revenue, expand market share, and enhance the customer experience. You'll lead a talented internal sales team while collaborating closely with the Branch Operations Manager to ensure operational excellence. This is a dynamic opportunity to make a measurable impact through leadership, analytics, and relationship-building.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and Strengthen Relationships: Cultivate strong partnerships with key customer accounts by understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet and exceed expectations.
- Drive Performance: Set clear sales goals for the internal team, track progress, and provide hands-on coaching to help individuals and the branch succeed.
- Ensure Service Excellence: Monitor the quality and performance of design centers and independent reps; implement continuous improvement strategies where necessary.
- Lead with Insight: Analyze sales data, financial reports, and customer activity to make informed decisions that drive profitability and efficiency.
- Develop Business Strategy: Create detailed sales forecasts, business plans, and financial objectives to support long-term success.
- Support Key Accounts: Apply your industry knowledge and critical thinking to provide exceptional support and problem-solving for partner accounts.
- Promote Sales Initiatives: Launch and manage targeted sales campaigns that align with business goals and promote revenue growth.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within a retail or B2B sales environment
- In-depth experience in the construction, building materials, or interior design industries
- Proven success managing P&L, forecasts, expenses, and sales operations
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Excellent time management, organizational, and leadership abilities
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and retain high-performing sales talent
- Customer-focused mindset with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
