Summary
Prime Connected is seeking an exceptional candidate for the role of Program Manager. The ideal candidate should have experience with CRM systems and project coordination, along with outstanding customer service skills. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for entering new project opportunities into our CRM system, working closely with cross-functional teams, coordinating nationwide projects, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. Strong organizational and communication skills, coupled with excellent personal leadership abilities, are essential for success in this role. Proficiency in issue and conflict resolution, as well as MS Office applications, is required. Major Roles and Responsibilities
- Receive and enter new project opportunities into the CRM system
- Work closely with a cross-functional team of external clients, as well as internal resources to coordinate nationwide projects
- Understand project scope, coordinate material delivery, dispatch required resources, develop work plans, project budget, and gather required deliverables on an individual project basis
- Communicate with all project stakeholders to ensure information is disseminated as required
- Create detailed project plans within the project management system, set expectations with field teams and monitor daily progress to ensure goals and objectives are met
- Proactively develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
- Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
- Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience with CRM systems and project coordination preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication (oral and written) skills required
- Excellent personal leadership skills required
- Proficient and confident with issue resolution and conflict resolution
- MS Office experience (Outlook, Excel, Word) required
- Smartsheet experience preferred

- Probationary period of 90 days
- Individuals with a felony or misdemeanor convictions may not be hired.

- Individual must be able to read and understand instructions in English as well as possess good oral and written communication skills
