Position Summary:


The Talent Acquisition Coordinator manages the end-to-end pre-employment and onboarding process for new hires. This role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for all incoming employees. The TA Coordinator oversees the talent acquisition pre-employment and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and supporting the recruitment team in meeting organizational hiring goals. This position will help to ensure a timely and efficient onboarding experience for all AdaptHealth new hires. 


Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, from launching onboarding packets to ensuring new hires are active within the HRIS.
  • Conduct thorough background review of potential candidates.
  • Draft and send formal offer letters to new hires. 
  • Correspond with hiring managers to share up to date information about incoming new hires. 
  • Ensure accurate data within new hire HRIS profile.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to ensure onboarding information is completed timely, including I-9s, tax forms, and employment agreements.
  • E-Verify new hires within required timeframe.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company-specific regulations.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for new hires during the onboarding process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. 
  • Provide support and partnership with Recruiters to ensure seamless candidate experience.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process and propose solutions to enhance efficiency, employee engagement, and satisfaction. 
  • Continuously monitor new hire feedback and collaborate with HR leadership to refine the onboarding experience.
  • Manage and coordinate onboarding program.
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition and HR teams to ensure alignment between recruitment and onboarding efforts.
  • Provide backup recruiting support through resume and/or phone screens. 
  • Completes assigned compliance training and other educational programs as required. 
  • Maintains compliance with AdaptHealth’s Compliance Program.
  • Provide general departmental support as needed/assigned.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Associate degree from an accredited college or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years Human Resources Administration preferred

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Must be able to bend, stoop, stretch, stand, and sit for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions of wrists, hands and/or fingers due to extensive computer use.
  • Work environment may be stressful at times, as overall office activities and work levels fluctuate
  • Subject to long periods of sitting and exposure to computer screen
  • Excellent ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to utilize a personal computer and other office equipment
  • Must be able to lift 30 pounds as needed.
