Position: Transaction Manager

Location: Remote  

Responsibilities:

• Pipeline management
• Daily reporting
• Daily communication with internal partners and counterparties that include:
• Capital Markets, Treasury, Post Close and Servicing
• Investor, Diligence Company, and Transaction Management Company 
• Establish and maintain weekly/monthly calls with internal partners
• Provide weekly summary to the executive management team 
• Investors turn times, material changes etc....
• Coordinate requests for data, signatures and documentation and information
• Single point of contact for communication between Newfi and all counterparties
• Implement standard practice for all trades, this is a collaboration with Capital Markets, Post Close, Treasury and Servicing  

Requirements for the Role:

• 2+ years’ experience in the mortgage industry
• 2+ years’ leading client communication and providing updates to internal and external parties
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Superior attention to detail 
• Be a self-starter, energetic and motivated with incredible time management skills.
