We’re looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager who has come up through the development or engineering track, can write technical requirements (think APIs, JSON payloads, REST responses—not just user stories), and knows how to map and migrate data across complex systems.
This role isn't about coding—but it is about bringing a deep understanding of technical architectures to drive digital transformations across CRM platforms and customer-facing portals. You’ll partner closely with engineering teams to design solutions, define data mappings, and own delivery outcomes.
Key must-haves:
- Proven hands-on experience with CRM ecosystems (Dynamics 365 preferred, but flexibility across platforms is valued)
- A track record of leading customer-facing digital initiatives
- Fluency in technical documentation: API specs, integration flows, data schemas
- Ability to show real business outcomes—not just project completions

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Reporting to the Director of Application Engineering and Development, you will:
- Own product strategy and delivery for key CRM, portal, and digital transformation initiatives
- Author technical requirements for APIs, data integrations, system migrations, and feature enhancements
- Collaborate with engineers and architects on system design, technical documentation, and project scoping
- Map, validate, and migrate data between legacy systems and new platforms
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Operations, Customer Support, Compliance, and IT
- Deliver measurable business outcomes tied to KPIs like lead conversion, customer satisfaction, and system performance
- Manage product lifecycle from concept through launch and optimization
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years of technical product management experience (preferably with a development or engineering background)
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Dynamics 365 preferred)
- Strong understanding of API integrations, JSON payloads, and RESTful architecture
- Experience working on customer-facing portal releases and digital transformations
- Ability to write technical requirements and create data mapping/flow diagrams
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
- A proven track record of outcomes, not just project participation
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience)
