Summary:
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Recuro Health, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining our telehealth solutions. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to implement efficient, scalable, and secure web applications. Your work will span the entire stack, but the initial split is expected to be 80% frontend/20% backend. By writing clean, maintainable code and contributing to our continuous integration and delivery processes, you will help ensure our products meet the highest standards in performance, security, and user experience.
This is a hybrid/remote position requiring two days onsite in our Minneapolis, MN office.
Responsibilities:
- Design, Implement, and Maintain Web Applications, and Microservices to support robust, scalable functionality
- Contribute across the stack – from front-end components to server-side logic to databases
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features
- Conduct code reviews, providing feeback to improve team efficiency and maintain quality coding standards
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Assist in your team learning front-end technologies
- Help improve engineering processes, tools, and infrastructure
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with Go (Golang) in production environments
- Experience with React for building user interfaces
- Familiarity with Azure or other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.)
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Desirable Features:
- Understanding of telehealth and healthcare software applications
- Understanding of Healthcare Technology Standards and Regulations (HIPAA, HITECH, etc.)
Location Preferences:
- This role is open to Remote, but our preference for an ideal candidate would be hybrid with at least 1-2 days in office each week to work directly with our Engineering Team in our Minneapolis Office.
