Touchstone Health of San Antonio is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead our home health and hospice agency with new growth opportunities!
As Executive Director, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, lead and mentor a high-performing clinical and administrative team and drive strategic growth through relationship-building and community outreach.
What You’ll Do & What We’re Looking For:
As Executive Director, you’ll be the driving force behind our agency’s success—leading day-to-day operations, shaping clinical excellence, and cultivating a culture of compassion and high performance. You’ll oversee programs, policies, staffing, budgeting, and compliance, while mentoring a team of dedicated professionals and building strong relationships with community partners and referral sources.
We’re looking for a dynamic leader who brings both heart and expertise to the table. You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Hold a valid Texas or compact RN license and bring 5+ years of leadership experience in home health and/or hospice
- Understand the ins and outs of Home Health and Hospice operations, compliance, and reimbursement
- Are skilled at developing high-performing teams and driving measurable results
- Communicate with clarity, lead with integrity, and collaborate with intention
