The Treasury Services Support Specialist supports internal and external customers associated with all non-credit commercial products, including but not limited to business deposits, Digital Business Banking, merchant services, and treasury services operational functions as assigned. Provide technical assistance for all Treasury Services products and services.


Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Maintain customer records and archive necessary documentation as related to Digital Business Banking, ACH origination, Remote Deposit Capture, online wire transfers, Positive Pay, lockbox, account reconciliation, Merchant Services, and other Commercial/Treasury Services products.
  2. Provide customer service assistance by phone or email for Digital Business Banking, Xpress Banking, and support Bill Pay.
  3. Meet service level expectations as assigned to setup and training while maintaining close attention to detail. Customer service assistance may be required to be in person at the client’s place of business for certain implementation and setup opportunities.
  4. Use sound judgement when researching problems and take appropriate action to correct problems while keeping Treasury Services management in the communication stream.
  5. Submit service tickets to process temporary or permanent increases based on customer needs, including all customer and internal bank inquiries, and archive necessary documentation.
  6. Provide Information and assistance to customers, the Treasury Services Representatives, and market staff, conforming to the Bank’s objective to provide support necessary for total relationship management including promoting additional services to existing customers and technical support.
  7. Assist with fraud alert monitoring in regard to ACH origination and online wire transfers.
  8. Understand and apply proper operational, internal, and regulatory procedures for Treasury Services and commercial products.
  9. Provide support to market staff by ensuring periodic reviews are completed within established guidelines, assist in verifying documentation is accurate, update systems, and archive necessary documentation.
  10. Participate in special projects as they arise and pertain to Commercial/Treasury Services or other related operational initiatives.
  11. Complete training, as assigned, within the expected timeframes.

Requirements
  •  High school diploma or equivalent
  •  One to three years of banking experience
  •  Excellent customer service experience
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  •  Commercial and Treasury Services products knowledge preferred
  •  Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  •  Proficiency in various technologies including but not limited to telephone etiquette, Windows environment, various internet browser functionality, mobile browser functionality, and Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  •  Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  •  Ability to perform multiple tasks with minimal supervision and time management
  •  Interpersonal skills which are appropriate and contribute to a productive work environment
  •  Strong organizational, problem solving, resolution, and decision making skills
  •  Ability to sit in front of a computer for extended periods of time
  •  Ability to travel as needed, including occasional overnight travel

*The salary range is based on market data associated with the position and where the pay rate falls within the range is commensurate with experience, education, and other qualifications.

Salary Description
$19.14-$25.89 per hour - Salary Grade 5*
