Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
- Provide high-quality psychiatric care in both inpatient and/or outpatient settings
- Manage treatment and medications for patients, including those with substance use disorders
- Supervise and collaborate with mid-level providers
- Maintain thorough and compliant clinical documentation

Requirements
Qualifications
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Psychiatry (ABPN)
- Active or eligible Tennessee medical license
- Interest or experience in both inpatient and outpatient care, including addiction treatment
- Strong leadership and teaching skills
- Prior experience supervising mid-level providers is preferred
