Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
     
  • Provide high-quality psychiatric care in both inpatient and/or outpatient settings
     
  • Manage treatment and medications for patients, including those with substance use disorders
     
  • Supervise and collaborate with mid-level providers
     
  • Maintain thorough and compliant clinical documentation

Requirements

 Qualifications

  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Psychiatry (ABPN)  
  • Active or eligible Tennessee medical license  
  • Interest or experience in both inpatient and outpatient care, including addiction treatment  
  • Strong leadership and teaching skills  
  • Prior experience supervising mid-level providers is preferred
