Compensation: The BACB uses compensation data for the metro Denver labor market to ensure our positions provide a competitive wage based on the education and experience requirements.
- The annual salary for this position is: $62,200.00

Position Summary: This position works closely with the Corporate Training and Support Manager to design and develop training programs (e-learning, PowerPoints, training methods and materials) and other resources (e.g., job aides, manuals) for employees. Consults with subject matter experts to define learning objectives and to design appropriate course content, training curriculum, or other resources. Establishes metrics to use to evaluate training and resource effectiveness. This position requires strong professional writing skills, technical skills, presentation skills, organization skills, consulting skills, and an ongoing willingness to learn. Time management, prioritization, and interpersonal skills are critical to success in this position.
- Creation of training resources (e.g., e-learning, PowerPoints, manuals, checklists) for all departments. Ensure that training materials and programs are built on sound instructional design principles.
- Work with SMEs to develop, organize, and evaluate training programs or other developed resources.
- Maintain communication with SMEs to identify upcoming requirements, process changes, and new technology at the BACB.
- Create internal resources, job aides, assessments, and activities.
- Assist with conducting training and support needs assessments.
- Maintain updated records of training curricula and material.
- Prepare training reports.
- Maintain understanding of BACB requirements.
- Review, edit, and write knowledge base content.
- Assist with testing new technologies and creating procedures, trainings, and resources that will facilitate adoption.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet internal deadlines and project management expectations.

Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree, certification, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum experience of 2 years of relevant training content development.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoints, Excel, and Word), training content platforms, and Adobe software.

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and video conferencing.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to listen and speak. This is largely a sedentary role; however, the ability to lift and carry a laptop, lift files, open filing cabinets, frequently type, bend and reach as necessary is essential to the position.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a regular full-time IN OFFICE position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, typically 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening, holidays, and weekend work may be required based on operations.
Campus Wellness: The BACB is a tobacco and vape free campus. Consumption of tobacco products or vaping of any kind is prohibited.
Travel: Minimal travel is expected for this position.
