2nd Shift Journeyman Electrician
Description

Overview:

Cal-Tex Electric is looking to hire licensed journeymen to work on 2nd Shift Projects. We are looking for each to host commercial, residential, and industrial experience. We are looking for team members to join us immediately.


Duties:

Install equipment, wiring, equipment, appliances, and fixtures

Measure, cut and bend conduit

Troubleshoot electrical circuits and equipment

Order Materials

Maintain excellent communication with your Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager

Ensure quality installations of your own work and your apprentices

Read and interpret blueprints

Set and wire electrical switchgear, panels and equipment

Perform your work in accordance with the National Electrical Code

Practice appropriate safety protocols and procedures

Pay: $48-65/hour

Requirements

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, stoop and/or drive for long periods of time

Capable of lifting and carrying up to 75 lbs

Must be able to work in the elements depending on the project


Job Type: Full-time


Schedule: Monday to Friday


Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)


Experience:

Electrical: 3-4 years minimum


License/Certification:

Driver's License (Preferred)

MN Journeyman Electrical License

Salary Description
$48-65/Hour
