Our Corporate Office is currently seeking a qualified member that has great desire to learn to join our team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with HR Manager in overall hiring process
  • Sourcing Applicants
  • Assist in designing overall recruiting strategy
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and activities
  • Create/prepare recruitment materials to post jobs electronically and in physical locations
  • Communicate with job applicants and assist with basic questions
  • Schedule job interviews, drug tests, and orientations
  • Conduct job interviews assessing applicant's knowledge, skills, abilities, and experiences
  • Monitor and apply best recruitment practices
  • Provide recruitment reports to management
  • Additional projects as assigned

We offer $32000.00 - $65000.00 annual 

Requirements

 

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (1+ years)
  • Experience with all steps of the selection process (conducting interviews, checking references, etc.)
  • Experience with Indeed.com and other recruitment websites
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Strong decision-making skills

Preferred skills and requirements:

  • Bilingual
  • Strong Microsoft Office/Google Drive skills
  • Computer Skills
