Description
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment, facilities, and systems to ensure optimal functionality and safety. This role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and addressing emergency repairs as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems for potential issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
- Repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems as required.
- Complete work orders efficiently and document all maintenance activities.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
- Maintain the property’s physical integrity, including landscaping, painting, and carpentry tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other team members to address larger projects or upgrades.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical) preferred.
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field (2+ years preferred).
- Knowledge of general maintenance procedures and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor tasks.
