The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating qualified appointments for Car Wars Account Executives by engaging business managers via outbound calls and emails. This role requires cold calls, daily activity tracking, CRM documentation, and a strong focus on meeting outreach goals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Make a minimum of 50 recorded outbound calls per day
· Maintain at least 1 hour of daily talk time
· Send 30 personalized emails to prospects each day
· Accurately log all interactions and appointments in the CRM (HubSpot)
· Follow approved sales scripts and objection-handling techniques
· Set meetings with decision-makers and confirm appointments
· Monitor email engagement and follow up as needed
· Participate in weekly performance reviews and ongoing training
Performance Metrics:
· Call volume, talk time, and appointment setting
· Email open/response rates and conversion metrics
· CRM data accuracy and quality of communication
