FitLab is seeking a full-time Warehouse Supervisor to support daily operations at its distribution center. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping of FitLab products. This role leads and directs four warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, productivity goals, and company procedures. The Warehouse Supervisor collaborates closely with the Director of Operations, VP of Sales, Director of Marketing, and Customer Service teams to maintain high order accuracy, on-time fulfillment, and inventory integrity.


Essential functions and responsibilities:


  1. Warehouse Operations & Team Leadership - Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns processing. Manage warehouse team schedules, task assignments, and workflow efficiency. Lead and develop Warehouse Leads and Associates, ensuring training and compliance with SOPs. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. 
  2. Order Fulfillment & Shipping Compliance - Ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped on time for all sales channels: DTC, Wholesale, Retail Direct, International Drop Ship. Coordinate with Logistics and Carrier Partners to optimize shipping schedules and meet SLAs. Oversee packaging and quality control to ensure shipments meet brand and customer expectations.
  3. Inventory Control & Accuracy - Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to maintain accuracy in the WMS/ERP system. Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
  4. Safety & Compliance - Ensure warehouse operations comply with OSHA and company safety standards. Conduct regular safety checks on warehouse equipment and enforce proper handling procedures. Lead safety training and compliance initiatives to minimize accidents and workplace hazards.
  5. Process Improvement & Cost Efficiency - Identify and implement process improvements to increase warehouse efficiency and reduce costs. Work with cross-functional teams to enhance warehouse layout, order flow, and storage utilization. Monitor KPIs (order accuracy, fulfillment speed, warehouse productivity) and implement corrective actions as needed.

  • This is a physically demanding role. This position requires safe operation of a forklift, pallet jack, dolly, power tools, hand tools, and the ability to transport event equipment weighing up to 50 lbs and construct simple structures.  
  • This role must be able to communicate with co-workers in spaces with moderate to loud volume levels to complete essential functions.
  • The role also requires the use of vision in various settings, including but not limited to close, distance, color, depth, and peripheral vision.

Work Environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of warehouse experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Intermediate computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel 
  • Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software such as NetSuite and Full Circle.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience training, mentoring, and managing teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to work effectively as a member of both a team and multiple cross-functional project teams. 
  • Well-organized with strong multitasking skills, effective time management, and a keen attention to detail. 
  • Knowledge of freight, shipping carriers, and logistics coordination and shipping requirements.
  • Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification.

Salary Description
$30-$35 Hour
