What We’re Searching For

The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing, managing, and working alongside crews and is a proven leader with experience in the full cycle of the building process. This individual will be capable of working with diverse teams on multiple projects. 

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
• Coordinate and prioritize concrete projects to meet production schedules and deadlines.
• Monitor and maintain quality standards for all framing work.
• Regular inspections of materials.
• Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure effective project coordination.
• Manage inventory levels of materials, coordinating with the procurement team to maintain adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and practices.

What You Need

• At least 5 years of construction experience.
• Basic understanding of Standard Building Code Requirements
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and computer applications for project management and reporting.
