About the role

We are looking for a proactive, highly organized Project & Operations Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing a wide range of initiatives across our technology organization. This role requires someone with a sharp eye for detail, a knack for streamlining processes, and strong leadership and communication skills.

As the central hub for project coordination, you will play a critical role in aligning cross-functional stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring the successful execution of high-impact initiatives. Requirements

  

Central Operations

  • Working with the CEO, organize and where necessary facilitate a wide array of business meetings
  • Creating agendas, organizing content with key participants and contributing to Operations Board, Project and Program meetings and other regional meetings as required
  • During meetings you will agree with the CEO how the meeting will be led and capture key notes, decisions and actions
  • Between meetings, follow up with other participants to ensure actions and decisions are followed through to deliver on strategy and execution plans
  • Manage a calendar of activities across the organization as agreed with the CEO and senior leadership team

Project Management & Execution

  • Own end-to-end project delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and documentation.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Lead regular check-ins, stand-ups, and steering meetings to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Translate technical updates into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.

Team Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate work across multiple disciplines including product, engineering, marketing and operations.
  • Identify and remove blockers, mitigate risks, and drive resolution on issues.
  • Foster accountability, clarity, and focus across team members.

Process Improvement

  • Champion best practices in project management and workflow optimization.
  • Evaluate and implement tools and methodologies to improve project efficiency.
  • Help build a culture of continuous improvement and agile responsiveness.

  

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a technology, e-commerce or SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities with poise and clarity.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello, Notion, or similar project management platforms.
  • Ability to lead through influence and motivate cross-functional teams without      direct authority.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification a plus, but not required.
