We are seeking a successful dealership technician looking to develop into an Automotive Service Foreman to oversee daily operations in our service department. This role involves supervising technicians, ensuring timely and accurate repair work, managing shop workflow, and assisting with diagnostics and complex repairs. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent problem-solving skills, with a commitment to excellence. We have an exceptional, award winning foreman on staff and will for years to come. We are looking for a technician who wants to help us grow and develop as a shop leader. We have won "Automotive News, Best Dealership to Work For" all 4 years we have been at our San Rafael location. We pay very well and we will train you on our brands.

You are already a successful dealership technician who wants to produce, learn, and grow. Have exception automotive skills and enjoy working as part of a team. We do not expect Volvo or Polestar experience. Be able to work a 40 hours a week at our Marin location.
