DTG Lead Operator
Description

   1st Shift – 7:00am-3:30pm Monday through Friday. Available to flex to overtime hours during peak production season 

  • Operate and maintain KORNIT DTG printers 
  • Oversee daily order processing, using proprietary production software to pull and track orders.
  • Oversee the production process from printing print tickets to outbound shipping.
  • Lead and mentor DTG team members, including training new staff and monitoring performance
  • Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of DTG equipment
  • Ensure production deadlines are met without compromising quality
  • Inspect printed garments for quality control and ensure color accuracy and print alignment
  • Maintain accurate production records and reporting
  • Work with production managers to coordinate workflow and improve efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards within the print area

   

Requirements

  

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in printing is a plus
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with tight deadlines
