Key Responsibilities:

• Support families with in-home interventions aligned with case plans
• Collaborate with social workers, probation officers, and community agencies
• Promote positive parenting, skill-building, and crisis prevention
• Document progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

You're a great fit if you: 

• Meet Qualified Mental Health Practitioner criteria (qualifications can be reviewed here) 
• Have knowledge of parenting skills, child care methods, child development, home management and housekeeping skills, etc.
• Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Have good decision making skills and the ability to work with minimal direction.
• Have strong interpersonal and interviewing skills.
• Can remain non-judgmental and compassionate under pressure.
• Thrive when helping high-risk youth and families build resilience.
