Key Responsibilities:
- Support families with in-home interventions aligned with case plans
- Collaborate with social workers, probation officers, and community agencies
- Promote positive parenting, skill-building, and crisis prevention
- Document progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements
You're a great fit if you:
- Meet Qualified Mental Health Practitioner criteria (qualifications can be reviewed here)
- Have knowledge of parenting skills, child care methods, child development, home management and housekeeping skills, etc.
- Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Have good decision making skills and the ability to work with minimal direction.
- Have strong interpersonal and interviewing skills.
- Can remain non-judgmental and compassionate under pressure.
- Thrive when helping high-risk youth and families build resilience.
