Job Summary
This is a consultative, entry-level role, in which the Client Success & Enrollment Specialist converts leads into clients through personalized communication, assessments, and high-touch service.
Essential Functions
Lead Conversion & Enrollment
- Conduct in-person consultations and performance assessments (adults and athletes).
- Convert inquiries into paying clients through confident, value-driven conversations.
- Serve as the first point of contact, delivering a welcoming and action-oriented experience.
- Track and manage leads using our CRM and internal systems.
Client Experience & Communication
- Make strong first impressions through tours, onboarding, and follow-ups.
- Craft personalized emails and summaries to reinforce trust and clarify next steps.
- Collaborate with the training team to ensure smooth handoffs and aligned client goals.
- Support retention and re-engagement initiatives.
Marketing & Community Engagement
- Represent HPI at local events and outreach opportunities.
- Assist in collecting testimonials, success stories, and media content.
- Support referral programs and communication with partner organizations.
Operational Support
- Assist with front desk duties: check-ins, scheduling, and event prep.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments and lead interactions.
- Help keep front-end operations running smoothly and efficiently.
What We Are Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in client-facing roles (sales, customer service, fitness, healthcare, or hospitality).
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to guide others toward a decision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with follow-up.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.
- A passion for helping people improve their health and performance.
Physical Requirements
- Able to walk, stand, and move around the facility for extended periods.
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs. for event support or facility needs.
- Willing to observe or assist in training sessions to stay connected to program quality.
- Comfortable in a high-energy, client-facing environment with frequent interactions.
Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills and relevant experience.
