Summary
The Marketing Enablement Manager is responsible for understanding the company’s marketing and sales strategies to develop and implement impactful programs and messages to attract prospective customers.
Responsibilities
- Designs and drives comprehensive demand generation strategies, including production, execution, results forecasting, and results measurement.
- Integrates and leverages tactics, including account-based marketing, email and marketing automation, digital and print advertising, events such as webinars and real-world events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Assesses current lead funnel definition and creates data-driven, actionable plans to advance sophistication through better understanding of buying cycle stages.
- Implements testing strategies to analyze and enhance the demand creation process, including response and conversion rates.
- Partners with Sales leadership to understand objectives and needs in order to develop lead generation programs that drive efficiency.
- Coordinates and participates in promotional activities and trade shows; works with developers, advertisers, and production managers to market products and services.
- Collaborates with Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Product teams to align sales training efforts with sales goals; conducts training sessions to build product knowledge, sales skills, and effective use of sales tools.
- Partners with content creators to identify materials required to support lead generation efforts.
- Manages budgets and resources effectively and efficiently; knows and understands organization’s financial position.
- Manages vendors and outside service providers effectively; sets expectations and holds them accountable.
- Tracks and analyzes marketing performance and continually implements optimizations for increased growth.
- Submits reports of marketing impacts to sales activities and maintains records.
- Keeps senior management informed of marketing activities, progress towards established objectives, and any significant roadblocks to success.

- Experience leading end-to-end marketing activities, marketing highly technical products, and marketing in a B2B technology company is required.
- Experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns and programs that drive prospect and/or customer engagement and advocacy is required.
- Experience with lead generation, sales processes, and creative direction for marketing campaigns and initiatives in a high-growth sales environment is required.
- Experience driving prospect engagement, increasing traffic, enhancing brand and website visibility is required.
- Flexible, with ability to collaborate on direction and then operate independently to drive results is required.
- Experience leading and driving results at the functional level is required.
- Excellent business writing and communications skills are required.
- Experience working with customer service, customer success, or account management is required.
- Experience with the latest digital marketing tools and channels, marketing automation tools, online advertising, and trade show marketing is required.
- Experience and proficiency with creative design is a plus.
- Experience with human capital management field or background screening is preferred.
- Experience with the legal/court system is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software is required. Relevant business management systems such as general ledger, HRIS, CRM, etc. is preferred. Salesforce.com CRM is preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business administration, or a related field is required. Master’s degree is preferred.
- Certifications or licensure: If you do any work-related driving while at Asurint, a driver’s license and ability to maintain a driving record that is satisfactory to the company’s liability insurance carrier is required.
- Years of relevant experience: 8 to 12 years is preferred.
- Years of experience supervising: None.
Working Conditions
- The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts that require normal safety precautions typical of offices, including the need for general safe workplace practices with office equipment and computers, avoidance of trips and falls, and observance of fire regulations.
- This position is performed remotely within the United States or in an office setting in the Cleveland, Ohio headquarters, although off-site meetings in various settings may occur.
- Inside Asurint’s office environment, the noise level is usually quiet to moderate.
- In a remote setting, the employee is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure work environment, for arranging the off-site workspace in an ergonomically sound manner, and for maintaining standard Internet speeds in order to work effectively.
- In a remote setting, the employee is required to ensure that all equipment and records that are the property of Asurint but have been relocated to the off-site workplace, are maintained in a safe and secure manner and are used only for business purposes.
- The schedule is generally normal Eastern Time Zone business hours (unless otherwise communicated based on position or working location), although the employee may be required to perform work, attend meetings and events before or after normal workings hours, and occasionally on weekends and evenings.
- Some travel by personal automobile and a valid driver’s license may be required. Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Ability to lift light objects (less than 20 pounds) and carry them short distances (20 feet or less) is required.
