As an HR Administrator, you will support the coordination of employee benefits programs, assist in event planning and execution, and provide administrative support for human resources initiatives. Your role will be essential in maintaining a compliant, supportive workplace, protecting our team, and advancing our employee engagement goals and culture.

What You’ll Do:
· Assist in coordinating and administering employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and PTO.
· Support the planning and execution of company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
· Provide administrative support for HR policies, procedures, and protocols.
· Assist in maintaining compliance with labor regulations and workplace standards.
· Help coordinate and deliver training programs for employees, promoting a culture of awareness and responsibility.
· Monitor and stay current on HR regulations, contributing insights to maintain compliance.
· Track and analyze HR metrics, using data to recommend and implement strategies that enhance workplace performance and employee satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
· Relevant certifications are a plus but not required.
· Experience in HR practices, especially within the food and beverage sector or a manufacturing environment.
· A solid understanding of labor regulations and workplace standards.
· Strong communication and organizational skills.
· The ability to collaborate with various departments to ensure HR objectives are met.
· Familiarity with HR management tools and software.
