We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pest control services and proven experience in sales leadership. This role is responsible for developing sales strategies, managing sales representatives, and building long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Monitor individual and team performance metrics, provide feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and commercial accounts.
- Train new sales team members and provide ongoing coaching and support to improve skills and performance.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of campaigns.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of sales management experience, preferably in pest control or a related service industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred (equivalent work experience may be considered).
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting tools.
- State pest control license and/or certification (preferred or must be obtained within a specified timeframe).
