In this role, you will drive continuous improvement across the service professionals within their branch. Focused on the development and leadership of a team who is committed to deliver exceptional service and experiences to our customers. Meeting or exceeding safety, quality, production and service metrics in a production based environment. You will be inspecting and performing pest, termite and mosquito control treatments for customers using high-quality and environmentally responsible products. You will also continuously interact with the customers and senior management.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of field technicians. Assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure that the team adheres to company protocols and safety standards.
Field Operations Oversight: Manage and monitor daily field activities, ensuring services are delivered efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of work performed by technicians to maintain high-quality service standards. Offer guidance and corrective measures where necessary.
Customer Interaction: Handle customer interactions on-site, addressing concerns, explaining services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Resolve escalated issues and maintain positive client relationships.
Training and Development: Train and mentor field technicians on pest control methods, safety procedures, equipment usage, and customer service skills. Provide ongoing training to enhance their expertise.
Inventory and Equipment Management: Manage inventory levels of pesticides, tools, and equipment needed for field operations. Ensure technicians have access to necessary resources and coordinate equipment maintenance.
Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations in the field. Conduct safety audits, promote a culture of safety among field staff, and address any safety concerns promptly.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of service visits, treatments conducted, and customer interactions. Prepare reports on field activities, performance metrics, and incidents for management review.
Problem-solving and Troubleshooting: Address technical and operational challenges that arise in the field. Provide guidance and support to technicians in resolving complex pest control issues.
Regulatory Adherence: Stay updated with evolving industry regulations, pest control methods, and best practices. Ensure field operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements. (edited)

Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of pest control service experience, preferably with prior supervisory experience
- Operations or sales management experience with a results-driven company
- Proven leadership capabilities
- State’s Certified Applicator license or licensee
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Must have a current and valid driver’s license and pass an MVR check
- Able Work in teams and communicate clearly with team members and other leaders
- Acknowledges that learning and growth are keys to personal and professional success and is willing and able to share with others
