About Position:

Role - Hospice LPN

Hours - 8:30 -4:30pm, Monday - Friday

Requirements

Qualifications for Hospice LPN:

  • Valid LPN license required.
  • Strong commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Alignment with the values and mission of Catholic Community Health.
