As the Marketing Intern, you’ll work closely with our marketing team to support campaigns, social media, content development, and event marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for students entering their junior or senior year, or recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in B2B marketing, brand strategy, and digital content creation within the experiential marketing industry. Marketing Intern Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and scheduling content for LinkedIn and Instagram
- Support blog and case study writing to highlight client success stories and company capabilities
- Monitor social media engagement and report on key insights
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, including drafting content and analyzing results
- Support the gathering and creation of sales materials to support brand awareness and lead nurture efforts
- Help maintain and update marketing collateral, case studies, and sales presentations
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support marketing strategies
- Support pre-event promotions and post-event follow-up
- Assist in planning and executing marketing activations at trade shows and industry events
- Help manage event-related assets, including signage, promotional materials, and digital content
- Assist in updating website content to ensure brand consistency and relevance
- Work with the team on SEO optimization and analytics tracking
- Help create visual assets for digital and print marketing
- Support the marketing team with administrative tasks as needed
- In partnership with the marketing manager, assist in project management efforts through established software
- Collaborate with the design, sales, and production teams to align marketing efforts with company goals
Marketing Intern Requirements and Qualifications
- 3rd year / Junior standing in a Bachelor’s program or final year of technical college of relevant study (Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or similar) required
- Strong collaboration and communication (verbal & written) skills required
- Proficiency in Monday.com or similar project management tools is a plus
- Proficiency in InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plus
- Highly organized, flexible and have the ability to work necessary hours in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Demonstrated technical skills including advanced working knowledge in Microsoft Office
